Give me Ocean, give me life

My work is a celebration of the ocean’s shimmering blues and the warmth of the sun. Through vibrant colors and rich detail, I paint scenes of island life and the Creole diaspora, always with a touch of fantasy and wonder.

I like to say: “Give me ocean, give me life.”
That’s my first motto—because the sea is where my spirit feels most alive.

My technique blends illustration, realism, naïve art, and expressive brushwork, creating pieces that are both joyful and soulful. Each painting is meant to uplift the viewer and share an energy of resilience and triumph.

To me, art should bring joy and peace. Life already carries enough weight—I choose to paint light.

And so, my second motto is: “Dream a beautiful dream.”
Because the future begins in our thoughts, and I believe in feeding the soul with joy.
